Unlike traditional Dominican long-filler blends commonly associated with Macanudo cigars, the core tobaccos of this creation are exclusively Nicaraguan-grown in Esteli from proprietary seeds that undergo a special fermentation process, resulting in a flavor-packed and strong smoke. The blend is framed by an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder that intensifies the taste and strength of the U.S. Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The wrapper leaf is grown to perfection as it is left to ripen on the stalk, producing a rich and sweet flavor.
