Terms and Conditions for Spanish Stock

*Delivery time

Delivery time is between 3-7 Days.
* Shipping cost is lower if you order more:
Order 3-4 cartons of the cigarettes and pay less for shipping/per item/
Order 20 - 30, or 40 pouches of tobacco and pay less for shipping/per item/
All shipping fees depend of the destination country.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order please send an order cancellation to : spain@tobaccoonline.co.uk. Only orders not shipped yet can be cancelled.

In case of Customs troubles /very rare cases/ we will propose:

1) Reshipment paid by us .
2) Store credit equal to the lost order value.
3) Full refund

The Customer must send us a scanned copy of postal notice via e-mail (spain@tobaccoonline.co.uk) or, fax Fax: +44-20-797-901-13 after max. 5 Days of the event .

Attention "Remote" Shipping address Customers!
Delivery of Spanish stock /tobacco, cigars, or cigarettes/ to remote shipping addresses may require additional shipping fee to be paid. We reserve the right to request additional fee for remote address deliveries, unless you provide us with an alternative "regular" delivery address or change the stock for non Spanish. Remote address shipping fee procedures apply only to cigarettes and tobacco from Spain.

The delivery time given to the Customer by "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" may vary depending on the country involved. In case delivery is made and nobody is at the indicated address to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a note indicating that it was unsuccessful in making the delivery and that the Customer should come to recover the products at a location specified by the carrier. "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will not, for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the products due to a Customer's failure to collect the Products in a timely manner.

*Return Policy for products from Spain:
Qualification upon Receipt - No returns - Limited Rights to Reimbursement / Replacement The Customer can only make a claim if the Products delivered do not conform with the type or quantity ordered. The claim must be made in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery. A copy must be sent to "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" (e-mail) no later than twelve (12) hours after the claim was made. With the claim, the Customer shall supply the carrier's confirmation of the validity of the Customer's claim.
If the above procedures are respected, and the claim is proven to be valid due to the packaging and the products being seriously damaged, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" at their choice will either reimburse the Customer the price or replace the products at Tobaccoonline.co.uk expense. If the delivery is not in conformity with the quantity ordered, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will reimburse the difference in the price between the Products ordered and those delivered only if those delivered are sold for less than those ordered and paid for.

*** In case of any delivery problems (rare occasions), or non delivery within a reasonable time frame /30 Days/ we guarantee:

1) A free reshipment of the product to an alternative delivery address (strongly advised)

Or

2) Grant a store credit for the same or other product(s) from a different supplier. (Additional -extra payment for the price difference may apply)

3) Full Refund

In order to grant the above Customer must send us any documentation via e-mail or, fax- 020-79790113 or regular mail within 10 days of the event.

If the documents are being faxed-please provide the order number on the scanned documents.

If you do not agree with the above-please do not proceed with the order(s).

Security All personal information is transmitted by using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Our client's information is encrypted and stored in a protected server. Tobaccoonline.co.uk will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases. We never give out any information about our customers and their orders. In order to achieve high standards, which correspond with our security policy, all client information is transmitted using the most secure encryption protocol available (128 bit SSL) in the market. In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card. The card ID protects you from online fraud by verifying that you are in possession of the card you are attempting to use.

Zero Fraud Tolerance Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Tobaccoonline.co.uk will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.

All customers making fraudulent payments will be declared by the processor to international database and the customers will then be black listed in International database for any future payment on Internet.

Litigation Policy:
In case of difficulty, customers are urged to contact us by phone or email. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily.

Original Manufacturer's / Products Guarantee
All Products sold on Tobacconline.co.uk are genuine products that are purchased directly from the manufacturers in the U.S.A, Germany, U.K., France, Spain, and Ireland.
We do not sell Eastern European made products.

Credit Card: We verify the age and address of all purchasers to comply with regulations restricting sale of tobacco products to minors. If your shipping address does not match the address on your credit card, we will require that you send us a valid photo I.D. and a photo of the front and back of your Credit card.

Privacy:
Client information is only used when necessary and in order to process the customer's order. All information pertaining to client is transferred over Secure Socket Layer connections. We guarantee privacy to all our customers and we assure that no information is made available to any government agencies or additional companies.
