Normal Delivery times:
Delivery time 8-21 business Days.
If you wish us to create a custom order for you – a mix of tobacco, cigars, or chewing tobacco brands please send us your requirements with the brand names and desired quantities to:

Age Verification By placing the order you must be legally permitted to purchase tobacco-related products in your country.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please send us an email to:info@tobaccoonline.co.uk
Shipped already orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of occasional issues with your local postal authorities (rare occasions) we guarantee:
a) Free of charge reshipment.
b) Store credit.
The Customer must send us any documentation via e-mail (info@tobaccoonline.co.uk) within 5 days of the event.
If there is no delivery within a reasonable time frame /50 Days/ we guarantee:
a) Full reshipment at our cost.
b) A Store credit.
