As of 2005-12-30 Cigarettes from this section are being shipped from GBPpean bounded warehouse, Duty Free, Tax Free. All parcels are being shipped as a GIFT and NO tobacco content is indicated on the Customs declaration.
Shipping Policy
In accordance with the international postal regulations and standards, packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately. As a result, if more than one package (carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date. Packages do not always arrive on the same day, though shipped on the same day and may be received in intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period. Furthermore, each package is carefully packaged and sealed in a specially designed box to ensure that no damage is caused to the product.
All products from this section are being shipped trough Registered Air mail, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Parcels are not traceable, but we have proof of registered air mail shipments and we can recover the parcel in behalf with EU or USA Post Office.
We credit the entire purchase costs of your order if you are asked to pay taxes. Please note that even in such case in which you are asked to pay taxes, your total costs (ordering + shipment costs + duty tax) might still be lower than the regular retail price in your Country. A refund will be issued to your credit card once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 90 days depending on your location). Upon product return, please email us (orders@tobaccoonline.co.uk), and state your order number and reason for the return. (Please advise us if we should reship the parcel at no cost to You or refund your money) Credits are only approved for unopened orders that are returned as denied-orders upon delivery and that are not signed for.
We can reship the parcel once again at no cost to the Customer (as soon as seized parcel comes back to our warehouse).
